Phoenix Physical Therapy

I can not thank Phoenix Therapy and Dr. Kassidy Reed enough! I went to Phoenix after needing to strengthen my pelvic floor after having three children. Dr. Reed provided me with tons of education and lots of exercises to do at home, and I started to notice progress within a few weeks. Everyone was kind and great with scheduling, etc. Can not recommend Phoenix Therapy enough!!

Don’t let the previous bad reviews scare you away! I almost didn’t come here because of the bad reviews but I am so glad I gave them a try anyway! There is a new owner and it’s clear to me that necessary changes were made. Right off the bat, the front desk person, Anna, was SO sweet and helpful. I saw Sophie for my pt appt and I cannot say enough good things about her and my experience. I’ve seen many providers regarding a mysterious pain I’ve been having and they made me feel crazy but Sophie was so compassionate and also extremely knowledgeable. I FINALLY felt heard and it was so nice to not feel incredibly rushed and brushed off. I am certain she solved my mystery and I left feeling so much better.

I had the most unfortunate experience by being treated abusively by this office. Kim cancelled 5 scheduled appointments, due to staffing problems, then demanded I take on call appointments during my work and sons school time or "else" she would refuse us as a client. Then did not like the format of insurance, threatened to eliminate us rather than find out it was an adequate format. I am not reachable in work, had a work emergency and threatened to eliminate us because I could only leave a message during working hours and cancelled 3 appointments as a punishment. Kim left over 8 very punishing voicemails and I only had one actual appointment in 3 months, after booking over 8- all messages left to me in a bully like manner- unfair- threatening unnecessarily- what hardship to try to have a c
