Katie is the sweetest most attentive pharmacist in Baton Rouge! Anyone would be lucky to have someone so caring.

I am not from Baton Rouge so I did the Walgreens thing and I would be waiting up to 2 days for meds . One of my roommates in sober living used phoenix pharmacy . I’ve been using them going on 9 months now and I can’t find one complaint to write. Their customer service reminds me of the old town attitudes the pharmacies from back home have and I won’t use anyone but them. Thank u to the staff!

Asked if they could fill my prescription over the phone. The women speaking on the phone asked for my date of birth and after a while hung up in my face. Look we all know there is an ADHD medication shortage. You could at least be more professional about it.
