Dr. Doss was my mom's cardiologist 13 years ago, so I already knew what to expect from him, thus I did not hesitate for a moment when my husband needed to be seen by a cardiologist. Dr. Doss is still number one! He is an outstanding cardiologist! He explained in great detail the cardiac issues facing my husband, demonstrating his out of the box thinking concerning the causes. We never felt rushed or patronized during our visit. More than that - Dr. Doss asked several times "Do you have any questions?". We were treated as if we were the only patients of the day. The lady at the check in desk by the name Robin was very friendly, helpful and understanding of our urgency to have some tests done, and did everything possible to schedule them asap. Dr. Doss is such an amazing doctor. This was my first visit and his bedside manner is hands down the best. He made sure I was comfortable and understood my needs while answering my questions. His personality is infectious. Now I understand why he has so many happy patients. Wait time was very minimal and for that I can appreciate. Thanks Dr. Doss

I am a new patient of Dr. Doss, however, on my first visit to Dr. Doss, I was so impressed by his dealings that I felt I was not a patient. And whenever I go to see Dr. Doss, on my way to the clinic, I feel reassured. Dr. Doss is very professional and caring. He really cares about his patients. This was an amazing experience. Dr. Doss showed genuine concern for my well-being. His visits are never rushed. He listens to my questions and concerns and provides detailed answers and plans. It made me feel so good even though I needed treatment, and curing . I highly recommend him!

👎👎 12 minutes LATE! I would never go to this office! I was going in for the first time to have a consultation after being referred by PCP and got lost in the plaza trying to find their office so I was 12 minutes late and they refused to see me! I explained that my GPS didn’t lead me to the right area and I was searching for the office which lead me to late. The receptionist said they have a 10 minute policy and that they are booked and couldn’t see me. There were no signs in the office saying anything about the late policy and no one in the waiting room. No empathy whatsoever from the receptionist. I myself have worked for many offices and have never turned patients away for being 12 minutes late. I will not be returning.

Staff constantly changing, they don’t contact you when Dr has emergency and won’t be available for your appointment and happens often, very long wait times, takes months to get a follow up appointment. If I could give a zero I would. Angela, receptionist, laughed at my displeasure regarding this office. Recommend you go elsewhere.
