Exceptional Care Every Time! Phoenix Children's Urgent Care has been a true blessing for our family. Every time we’ve needed them, the care has been outstanding. From the moment we walk in, Julia at the front desk greets us with kindness and professionalism — she sets the tone for the whole visit. Nurse Lindsey is absolutely amazing — warm, gentle, and so good with kids. She takes the time to explain everything and always makes my children feel at ease. The providers and doctors are just as incredible. They’re thorough, compassionate, and truly listen. You can tell they care deeply about their young patients and take pride in providing the best possible care. They answer all of our questions and never make us feel rushed. The entire team works together so well, and it shows. We always leav
This place was referred to me by a friend because they have an x-ray machine. When we left my daughter’s appointment, I would have given 5 stars. The staff was very kind, and the doctor said there was no real injury to my daughter’s foot. (She is a dancer.) She said, the x-ray showed no injury and it should be better / she should be dancing in about 3 days. My daughter asked for crutches, but they denied the request because they said that crutches are more of a hassle than they’re worth. Two days later, we had to pay out-of-pocket, and purchase crutches at a retail store. I called the urgent care to see if we could pick some up but they said we would have to come back for a new appointment if we wanted crutches. It’s been 2 weeks and my daughter still cannot walk comfortably on her foot, a
Great first-time experience at this clinic, will definitely use again! We scheduled a same day appointment. I even called to see if we could get in sooner and they moved me up and I talked to a nurse about my son's condition who helped guide me until the appointment. The facility is clean and welcoming. We didn't wait at all; were seen quickly by the tech, nurse and doctor, who were all so friendly and took their time with us. I felt heard and my son well cared for.
Zero stars if that were possible. This was one of the most heartbreaking and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a medical facility. We came to this urgent care desperately seeking help for our child, who was coughing nonstop and possibly experiencing an asthma attack. Despite the waiting room being completely empty, we were told it was appointment only and that we would have to wait over an hour to be seen. What made this situation even worse was the receptionist’s complete lack of empathy, urgency, or basic human compassion. Watching your child struggle to breathe while being met with indifference is something no parent should ever have to endure. After four hours, we were forced to walk out without our child receiving any care—leaving us still unsure whether she has asthma, pneum
I am not really sure what the deal is with Phoenix children’s urgent care anymore but they are no longer an urgent care. They are by appointment currently, and refused to see my daughter tonight. They literally told me that I can wait and see if someone doesn’t show up for the next 1.5 hours, but that doesn’t mean we will be seen which is one of the most shocking things I have been told by a children’s urgent care. They used to be great but my two last experiences with them have been absolutely bizarre. We drove pretty far to get here and they told me they could possibly fit me in tomorrow, which is by definition not an urgent care. Oh, also told me they could call 911 lol honestly, I’ll never go to another, they are horrible now.
