Phoenix Children's Specialty Care - East Valley

We saw an urology PA provider, Kelly Parker this morning and she was wonderful. She had clearly done her work and thoroughly read through the history and reports they had obtained and had memorized the dates and results. Not only was she very competent with her experience and knowledge, but she utilize several visuals, handouts, wrote and provided education and explanation. She provided extensive suggestions and I could tell it was because she genuinely cared, not because she had to. These are the kind of providers healthcare needs and I am so grateful to be reminded they still exist!

This place is the best. Our car caught fire and Louisa and the staff were amazing. They gave my daughter a lot of snacks and a teddy bear and gave us water and Gatorade. Dr. Crockett is amazing. He still saw us even though we were late. I'll be forever grateful the way these people looked after us during such a crazy, chaotic moment.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. If I could leave zero stars I would. The Gilbert location for orthopedics are extremely rude and do not respect people’s time. We arrived 20 mins early and almost an hour later still hadn’t been seen while others arriving after us were seen promptly and quickly without issues. My son had missed school to not even be seen. Not worth your time unless you like to sit waiting to not be seen.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Hilow in the gastroenterology clinic. I strongly suggest seeing a different physician. I brought in my 4 month old son for feeding and weight gain issues and instead of listening to my concerns, she was too busy passing judgement on me. After they had taken his measurements she asked me if I was even concerned about his weight. I have been struggling so much with my son and have been so worried and so stressed that her question honestly caught me so off guard and was just so condescending. I felt like the whole visit she did not listen to my concerns. I told her that I thought that he was having severe reflux issues and that when I cut out dairy that seemed to help him and right after that she began pressuring me to give him dairy-based formula. Dr. Pamela Smith was amazing. She made us feel at ease. Very comfortable and clean inside. All the staff were great . Definitely recommend her so glad we had her. We came across alot of Doctors that made it hard or didn't listen. But she was on it and explained everything for me . Can't wait to see her again. She is great.
