Heads up! If you are looking for pediatric urgent care, google maps will show this location as closed! Urgent care hours are Mon-Fri 5pm-11pm and Sat/Sun 12pm-11pm. Took my daughter in when her temperature didn’t go down after 5 days of having the flu. They were friendly and efficient. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the X-ray tech were great. Only drawback is hours posted on google maps as showing this location is closed. So I went to another urgent care, only to be told to head to this urgent care. Glad I did.

I came here a couple of months ago with a sick baby (around 8 months). My oldest had been diagnosed with strep a couple of days earlier, and I was sure my baby was starting to show signs, so I needed medication for her, but the other urgent care was closed. She was also throwing up a lot and wasn't eating because everything kept coming. Something I mentioned, and is going to be important later on. I went in and the man in the entrance was nice. The front desk lady was not that chatty (not a bad thing). But it took almost an hour for our turn even though there were like two families in front of us. The security guard even said that they weren't that busy. When we finally went in the back, a nurse stormed in and started asking me questions. "How do you know it's strep?" I know I am not a do

They did a great job with my six month old when he was seen for a high fever and a cough. The wait times weren’t super accurate online but we still seen within 30-45 minutes.

I had an emergency with my daughter pretty late at night so most other places that were strictly for children were closed. We made our way to Phoenix Children's and they saw us quickly. Sadly, my insurance wasn't accepted here but I knew that going in. They glued up the deep cut that my daughter had and gave her a popsicle after. Everybody was professional and friendly - explaining things well. It has been about a week and a half and my daughter's cut healed up well aside from a bit of scabbing. She wasn't stressed here and it was all well. The total was $275 after but I was happy that my daughter was comfortable and got taken care of. That's the most important thing. Now I have our urgent cares mapped out that accept our insurance so I probably won't return but I would recommend this loca

Update: This place is totally a joke. I am not sure why there are many 5-star reviews. The billing department called me and said because I did not pay at the time of service, I need to pay more (from $275 to $334). The front desk did not even ask me to pay at that time. How could I pay if you didn't ask me to pay? The billing department also said the price the front desk told me was just an estimate. We can always charge you more than what they tell you. They said as long as you step into our exam room, you will be charged even if the doctor does not provide you any service. We charge you for the visit, and literally "VISIT".
