Dr. Smith is an excellent physician. He's very detailed and very helpful. Brittany his assistant is also very, very good. It's a great place for medical care. I drive 50 miles to go there. It's worth every mile and the travel time when you have a great doctor! Couldn't be better!

The MA calls people problems out in the lobby. Who does that? She is not a doctor. She came out into the lobby and asked my mom if she was there for pain meds and if so the doctor only does interventions. This was done in front of other patients in the lobby. That is discrimination and she was judgemental. She should be fired. I will file discrimination againt her. You never approach a patient like that. I'm a retired nurse and even I know that. Who is her Supervisor? This will not end well for her. Discrimination in the healthcare setting can be defined as negative actions or lack of consideration given to an individual or group that occurs because of a preconceived and unjustified opinion.

My husband and I are elderly and go to Phoenician Pain Management under Dr. Tutankhamen Pappoe for our monthly visits and our pain medication. In July my husband became very ill and unable to leave the house. Since July we have been able to have phone visits with our contact PA Samuel Desousa. We had an appointment for this week and a very rude young woman named Ashley called us and canceled it and said we had to come in to be urine tested (we have never had negative urine tests). I tried to tell her that my husband cannot come in until the end of his treatment which is next week and that I cannot drive because I am handicapped. She would not listen to me and she even threatened to hang up on me because she had other patients waiting. I said I was going file a complaint and she said go ahe

Yes I am a patient.These people will not return a call AT ALL. I have been trying to have someone call me or just answer a question I have. Today is Monday and I have been reaching out since last week Thursday. They don't even have a direct number to the office. You have to call their call center or whatever it is and tell them what you need and they send the message over to the office. You can even text the number. This is really my only complaint other then having to wait 2 hours to see the doctor my last visit. I do agree with Kirsten being really caring. I really like her. I seen her my last visit then two days later I called and they told me she is no longer working there.

These doctors are absolutely wonderful caring especially Kristen tenny who is an lpn who works there she is the best I've ever had in my lifetime
