Emergency department was excellent got my son in there fast and done what needed to be done that’s not the reason I’m leaving a one star review the reason is he got admitted and the staff on the floor was horrible the only time you seen the nurse was when the pump was going off they never came in and checked on him regularly like that should of. And my son came in here do to him not being able to hold anything down and they discharged him and he still not able to hold anything down why would they discharge him for the reason he came in he hasn’t been able to hold anything down for nine days. And his going home like that They need to do better. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends or family to come here.

My last experience was not the best! The Dr. was rude and had little slick remarks when I was talking to him, I went in to be seen for chest pains and in my discharge papers he states about my weight then on the hospital report in my patient portal he mentioned me as “Really obese” and all down the report he kept mentioning “obese” he did not come in and tell me what was wrong and was everything okay he sent the RN who was very sweet to discharge me.

I recently had a medical emergency at Phoebe Worth Hospital (was visiting from Atlanta), and my experience left me deeply concerned about the quality of care: 1. Unprofessional behavior: The nurse made a joke about my condition and even commented that it was my mother's fault. I am 47 years old, and this felt highly inappropriate given the circumstances. My elderly mother overheard this was extremely upset. 2. Lack of proper examination: The ER doctor did not check my vitals, conduct any physical examination, or ask follow-up questions. He was in and out within seconds. 3. No diagnostic tests: Despite experiencing a grand mal seizure, no bloodwork or tests were done to investigate the cause. 4. Medication handling: I was given a diazepam injection and told I would "sleep it off," but i

Exceptional staff! Great bedside care and concern is outstanding!

Horrible stay in hospital. They do not care about the pts. I was served cold dinner with a dirty fork. Was told my night time medicine was scheduled for 9 a.m., did not do the breathing treatments every 4 hours, more like , 5 hours then an hour and half later then i had to go nurses station to get them to shut the oxygen off 15 minutes after i finished my treatment because no one came in to cut it off or check on me. It was a total nightmare. Was told my ER Dr that i needed IV antibiotics, tge floor PA dismissed that and did not hive to me. So here i am 4 days later after being dismissed and had to go to Urgent Care in Tifton to be told i am being put on antibiotics. If they would have given them like they were supposed i would be better now not sicker . I dont recommend Phoebe at all
