I won't even recommend this place to my worst enemy, we all are people at the end of the day and they treat patients like animals!!! NO one deserves to be treated this way by "health care" providers, this place should be shut down! For abuse and negligence especially to the elderly!

Terrible i had a very bad experience i miss a day of work to come the appoitment and was told that my appoitment was never schedule when i called 2 time and was told i did had A appoiment They did not do nothing for me i was told there is no manager to check who cancel my appoitment. It took me for ever to get sch.

The doctor and the staff working at the office are perhaps amazing! But their call-center is beyond horrible! Very incompetent, or will say their system is slow, or will accuse patients of making errors, or will say 'will call you back' but no response or will simply HANG UP! Disgusting! If you have outsourced your calls to incompetent rascals, you need to pay the price and close down!

Abnormally slow. I waited ninety minutes before my appointment

I am coming to this location only because of Dr. Gabby. She is a caring, attentive, and excellent doctor. She remembers all the history of my visits and medication. However, she is too busy and has too many patients to take care of, and her staff is always busy, working non-stop. Despite this, I do not want to go to another eye doctor because I know Dr. Gabby is very good. If I have to reschedule, I have to wait two months to see her. I do not know how this office can improve with such busy appointments. This office has a long waiting time for the appointment, and once you check in, there is an even longer waiting time.
