If i could give this place 0 starts i would. Very unprofessional, unsanitary, will have you in the waiting room for over an hour even though you made an appointment, expect to be there for 3 to 4 hours because they do not value anyone's time and when you ask any questions they will just tell you that you have to wait. Due to my horrible experience at my exam even with Dr. Bennett she was rude and told me i had an eyelash growing towards my eye and i needed to come back to undergo a procedure to remove it, turns out i did not. I saw another eye Dr and Phillips Eye Consultants wouldnt even give me my medical records of what was done at my 3 hour long appointment, so i had to get a whole new exam done elsewhere. The front desk will put you on hold until u get tired of waiting and just hang up

It's been over 18yrs since I had to go see this dr for graves disease due to hyperthyroidism when I was still in college. She gave me great advice but I used to cry each time I came out of her office because she used to make me feel like it was my fault that I was going through. I got yelled and nagged at and told that i must want to go blind. I hope she's no longer like that with her patients. As for me those days are long gone and passed that time in my life. Feeling better and able to handle stressful situations better so my thyroid troubles won't return and cause graves disease.

Started seeing Dr Bennett when I had CSR and was very happy with the expertise and time they took to explain what was going on and to recommend care for it to resolve.
