Dr. Philippe Nabbout always make me feel good & is very nice. I really like the staff from check-in to prep. Those Cystoscopy's are much easier to deal with because of how comfortable when I have that provedure performed. Thank you.

Very busy office. There is typically a line for check-in, so arrive 10 minutes early if you want to be on time. Don't count on open handicap parking. There are three dedicated spots and lots of elderly patients. The parking lot isn't huge so it's not a big deal unless you need space to load and unload a wheelchair (like I do). There is a pull through awning you could drop off under, I just don't like blocking the entry area. Dr. Nabbout is great. The PA's are great. The front office is quick and friendly. No issues with service or quality of care and that alone is worth 5 stars.

My first visit we discussed some tests they would like me to do blood in the urine. I had a pelvic scan depending on how it came out would determine wether they needed to look inside my bladder.For the office call $45 which I expected. I had the test and I went to another appointment to get my results they were okay. What my question is why can't they call or send a letter with the results?All my other doctors do it that way another $45 to get my results that were okay. When you live on social security$90 in one month is a lot of money. Our money has to last a month I don't get it doesn't sound like the thing to do. My husband pointed this out he said it's a shame. Thought the care giver were great.

The office staff is courteous and scheduling is easy. Appointments are on time. Communications with doctor and assistants is good.

Either he has a great memory or takes really good notes. There was a real caring friendliness as he addressed my heath issues. I am lucky to have him as my doctor.
