I am incredibly frustrated with their service. I had made an appointment months ago with this office and was called 2 days before my scheduled appt to reschedule, which was inconvenient but i understand that happens sometimes. They told me my appointment would be the following month and gave me my date and time. So I show up to the office on the day about 15 min prior to my appointment time. They are closed for the lunch hour so I was waiting outside the office until they opened. Well someone came out and asked if they could help me and I said no I'm just waiting until your office opens for my appointment, to which they seemed very confused and asked me if I instead had a therapy appointment. I said no I have an appointment here at 1pm. She took my name and the went inside. A few min later

Have been there patient since 2018. I believe my first physician was Dr.Dawn Scott. Great location to get your regular health check-up around "Brotherly Love" area of Philadelphia. The phlebotomist is kind with her light handed skill when she draws blood and the receptionist is friendly. Unfortunately, my mental health struggles as of depression, anxiety, non-combat PTSD, biplor just to name a few got the best of me hence I missed a couple appointments with a no calls no show so I'm permanently banned from this close to home health facility.

i made an appointment MONTHS ago and they just called me a day before my appointment to tell me they have to reschedule my appointment for TWO FULL MONTHS AWAY. Absolutely horrible service.

They really enjoy treating me badly here. They discharged me from the practice, claiming I had too many no shows. I had 1 no-show and the last one I was late because I could barely walk, I had to get myself and 2 toddlers ready. i was in agonizing pain and I showed up 15 minutes late with an empty office they still refused to see me, no empathy in that entire office and then they lied on the mail saying it was a no show so they could discharge me from the practice. Didn't help me make sure my medication would be filled for the months I'd spend looking for a new primary care doctor that still treats patients like humans. Watch out for Dawn too she enjoys making multiple calls any chance she gets to he evil to people. Nasty, evil people here, the lack of empathy disgusts me. I wouldn't recom
