PHDermatology- South Tampa

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my most recent appointment at PH Dermatology. I have been a patient of the practice for several years, but this visit was markedly different from my prior experiences and left me feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and frustrated. From the moment I arrived, the interaction was unprofessional and unfriendly. I was greeted at the front desk with a blunt request for my “last name,” without any greeting or acknowledgment. I was instructed to complete intake forms on the iPad and was told it was important to complete them in their entirety. I called the s Tampa location and got an appointment quickly which is not the standard for Tampa dermatologists. After my visit Dr Ann was able to see my wife later in the day. Dr Ann did a biopsy at my request and that procedure was great. Unfortunately i really liked the technician assisting in the room but I can’t remember her name. I remember she had 30 years working in dermatology. So, I asked my old dermatologist for an appointment and received an appointment two months in the future. I told them I did not like two hour waits and they changed my appointment to one four months in the future. I asked how this practice handled appointments and Joy told me they stress time management. I received outstanding care from Dr. Nemcevic and her Assistant Klara. As a physician patient I was very impressed by their quality of care, and their willingness to see me at very short notice. The front office staff were very efficient and personable in the South Tampa Office.

New location and new doctor to me but a very good experience probably the best one I’ve had a dermatologist in a very long time. She was very thorough and it was a very easy quick visit. I loved how she communicated with me told me everything as it was happening through the visit!

I recently visited PH Dermatology South Tampa. My scheduled appointment was on time and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Dr. and the staff were polite and friendly. I saw Dr. Freya Meyer, she was thorough and complete in my exam and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend PH Dermatology South Tampa and in particular Dr. Freya Meyer.
