PharmScript of Wisconsin

What used to be Genoa, Pharmscript went from friendly staff to end up scrapping me as a patient because they changed handlers and now only deliver to “care facilities”. I was getting a very limited medication delivered to me via mail for probably almost 2 years and simply out of the blue got dropped as a patient because of the fact that they changed handlers. I thought this was completely unprofessional and not only for myself but for any other patients NOT in “care facilities” should we have atleast got a letter in the mail stating the changes. Very poor communication and now I’m left with trying to figure out where to get a $2,900 drug from.

My mom is a critical diabetic and they can never get her the supplies she needs on time . We have had to buy her supplies out of pocket due to them not delivering on time as promised .

I give 5 shining stars happily! Genoa has always had my pills delivered to me on time & always with a smile and kind words. My medication has been changed at least twice a week! Every week!! ~~ and it wasn’t as simple as just taking a pill out. This pharmacy, along with my doctor holds my life in their hands. The pharmacists do talk with my doctor and myself before filling the script and want to just go over the side effects or refuse to fill it due to a reaction with some other pill you take. They check and double check & wow!…. What more can you ask for? They thankfully deliver to me because I can barely walk to meet them. I have nothing to criticize them about & everything to praise them for! I have been a client of 3 years now. I know what I say is true.

Pharmacy prompt comprehensive delivery of all medications by courteous employees respectful in my home is sincerely very much appreciated. Thank you. 7/17/24 Please continue to send the medicine via the same technician as today, as I am feeling finally remarkably better after a very long time of frailty and brain injury.
