PharMerica- Great Falls, MT (Formerly Big Sky Managed Care)

Husband was prescribed medication for the flu and prescription sent to PhaMerica around 2:30pm on Sunday. I called Monday morning to see if they could expedite delivery so he could take a dose as he had not received one from the ER. Was told a message would be sent to the pharmacist and technician, at 3:49pm med was still not delivered, I called again and was told it would be delivered at 6pm, as I write this at 8:02pm his meds have not been received. To toy with someone's health is determental and I will never use this service again. Should have just kept the original pharmacy it was sent to at least my husband would be receiving his prescribed treatment. Honestly this business should not exist

I used to love this location and services, however, they have changed so much it's not worth continuing to use them. They no longer deliver, provide automatic billing or automatic refills. They also took out the receptacle for expired meds. I gave them two stars because the people are friendly.

I pulled up your website today and it claimed that you are "open 24 hours" but when I hit the "call" button, it said you're only open Mon thru Friday. I wanted to see why my Rx for medical eyedrops have not been delivered that I was informed yesterday would be delivered.

I was told to call back for several days and check about the status of a time-sensitive prescription they were supposed to be filling, only to be told (days later) that they don’t provide this medication and I need to have the script sent elsewhere. They also gave me false instructions over the phone about this process - it was not as easy as having another pharmacy request the script from them, I had to get my provider involved. Kind people, cute location, but not impressed with my experience overall.

Newest delivery driver lies about showing up. Likes to look in windows as well as tease my dog thru the windows. What a weirdo I've waited46 hrs and 7 phonecalls.
