The call wait time for someone to pick up is unacceptable. Every single time. Not to mention they screwed up my copay assistance program information and delayed my refill. They said I needed to call or get online to get a new card through the drug company assistance program. Guess what, doing that didn’t even help. So I called the programs support team and they said I absolutely didn’t need to reapply and it messed things up. They were able to see this pharmacy had charged my copay card last year so therefore would still have that info. The amount of time I’ve had to spend on the phone for this is absurd. This time today I made sure to select the number that connects to the specialty pharmacy, was on hold 15 min. The lady tells me oh yeh you need the specialty extension, let me transfer yo

Have been using this pharmacy last 3+ years now. Most of the staff are helpful, kind and courteous. That said, their policies and such are absolutely horrible. They will deny refill prescriptions 7-10 days before the refill is due. This wouldn’t be an issue but from time the refill is placed to the time it arrives (I’m 40 minutes from them) is about 3-5 business days. So given this I’ve run out of medications more times than I can count. Which has caused me to be sick, miss work and even ended up in the ER. When I call to discuss I’m usually given the run around and typical blame falls on the company who manages the prescription side of the insurance. With KU and their insurance if you want prescriptions filled it has to go through the company that manages prescriptions. So their pharmacie

If you need your medicine on the same day it's sent over to the Southlake location FORGET IT!! They NEVER get my medicine ready in a timely manner without having called first and then it's still iffy on when it will be ready. I have the same issues when doing refills through the portal but only with the Southlake location. IF you don't need your medicine for a couple of days then maybe use the Southlake location. However, you're better off going to the Bell pharmacy at the main hospital as they have ALWAYS got my medicine ready without me having to call them.

They said my medicine was ready for pick up up. I asked three tines are you sure its ready because i have to drive 1.5 hours to pick it up. They confirmed three times yes its ready. When i get there they said it not ready and will be another three days, but we can malnot to you. Howling dies it take to mail out, 3-5 business days from the day its ready plus delivery time. Looks like i have to dive yet again and hope they are not lying again.

Little concerned on how things are Ray by KU as someone in pharmacy contacted about payment however I returned the call next day clearly the message didn’t make it to Alesia F I get on to my chart it says she reached out to me on 01/16 which was a lie nobody reached out that day to me.
