Great staff and very helpful.

The staff is amiable, patient and hard-working. They handle a tremendous volume with courtesy and thoroughness. If an issue arises they will find a way to resolve it.

Over a number of years, I’ve had pretty good luck with KP’s Pharmacy efficiency, communication regarding prescriptions, and willingness to reduce waiting time at multiple locations in Sonoma and Marin County, CA. Last year - due to my employer’s mandate, I had to switch to United Healthcare, and aside from the time consuming scramble to find quality practitioners, I entered into the mass market pharmacies of Safeway, Rite-Aid, etc. Their marketing focus was on leveraging $ margins from your policy and promoting drugs, much like an indifferent corner drug dealer. I’m back at KP this year due to a Medicare transition, and it is a better alternative.
