Always the same.... Never had any problems... No drama, no BS but it's a pharmacy nice new shoes. No five star when I've got to go pick up pills for someone's prostate...
The amount of times this pharmacy has lost orders, never filled them, or calls me after I’ve left because they “couldn’t find it” for 30 minutes is insane. Can’t wait to be moving towards another Kaiser, this pharmacy amazes me, and not in a good way.
The people were nice enough. However, wait times are insane, 30 min for a blood draw. Pediatrician sent our prescription to the wrong pharmacy and I had to wait on hold for 30 min for them to fix it.
Long hours of operations, staff is friendly and helpful, thanks.
