Pharmacy l Kaiser Permanente Fairfield Medical Offices

Took me about 5 minutes and it was kind of crowded so I say they're doing pretty good job over here

As usual, a very professional experience, I think their pharmacy does a great job here in Fairfield

Extremely weird process of having to be lead all the way across the counter to "wave" at the pharmacist for picking up my prescriptions?? I really hate this and it's embarrassing. STOP DOING THIS KAISER!! Also, plenty of rude technicians. You can tell they hate their jobs or something else is going on. I try all things possible to avoid coming in but this pharmacy always manages to screw something up when my dosages change so I have to go in and explain please read what the doctor changed and realize I have to pick up the change in dosage and no it's "not too soon to refill". This happens way too often! People need to read and stop letting this automated process cause problems. Who the heck do you have to talk to to get processes improved at Kaiser?

Went to pick up medication for the first time. It was fast,simple and very organized. All the ladies and staff behind the windows are working hard and getting patients in and out quick. Good job to all of them 👍🏽

I went to pick up a couple of prescriptions and it wasn't too busy for a change but it still took a long time. Nothing out of the ordinary.
