I've been very positivity impressed with the holistic care I have received at Kaiser Permanente Vallejo and Oakland. Having a primary care doctor is wonderful. They help me stay up to date with my preventive care. Which I think is extremely important. Also, I've received excellent care when I've had a serious health problem. Inpatient and outpatient. Many of my issues can be addressed by phone, video or messaging promptly. Kaiser offers a variety of educational information, great groups and webinars. I think it's important for the member to be an advocate for themselves and their family. Also, report to Kaiser member services if you are unhappy with your care or the way you are treated. 24 hour pharmacy is complete catastrophe. I was hesitant to post review but today, after my third awful experience I hit my breaking point. Attitude of some (mostly male) employees in this pharmacy is absolutely horrendous, and as someone who has been a member of Kaiser insurance plan for many years, I absolutely do not appreciate being treated disrespectfully. In a pharmacy I would expect professional and somewhat decent customer service, not being yelled at. That is absolutely unacceptable!!

Ms. Andriana Baca is amazing, efficient, patient, and a heart of Gold! If you could only clone Ms. Baca your pharmacy would run much much much more efficient. She is a huge value to Kaiser much less to Vallejo Kaiser Pharmacy. Ms. Baca knows how to fill the meds the difference names to them OEM or generic. She knows how to process Meds. If she didn’t know something I seen with my own eyes she is quick to go run and find out and learn on the fly. You can really feel Ms. Baca really cares for her patrons as if they are her own family. She goes above and beyond! Even on her bad days she is wearing a smile and on her good days it is shining bright! She needs a 10 X raise on her next Review! Convenient, but extremely expensive. Takes a very long time to get processed, receive meds & get out, with waiting right next to peeps (no 6 ft enforced!) All factors pretty scary to have to spend extra time in a hospital while trying to not catch COVID-19, but the worst is the employee burn-out attitudes put out by the pharmacy techs. Too much bad behavior & unnecessary errors going on. Not a place that I like to have to deal with, but Mail Order scripts is only other option for receiving meds and it has become very slow to get them to you. All in all Kaiser Pharmacy is pretty much just like every other pharmacy choice in existence, simple as that.

Had such a hard time getting the prescription I needed. The employee continued to argue with me saying "come back tomorrow," but we had no medication left that was necessary to keep my brothers mentality in order. It was my fault that I waited until the last minute to order the medication, but I did it in the time period the order said, and he still gave us such a hard time. Happy Holidays, I guess....
