First time visit on a Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. there was no line they were two technicians on duty and they get A1 marks and customer service they're courteous polite caring and friendly and overall very respectful.

Hamedeh went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue. This location has great customer service.

I spoke to someone in the pharmacy to pick up my wife’s prescription, because we didn’t realize that the Falls Church location was closed. We went into detail about why we needed the prescription, discussed how long they needed to fill the prescription, and what time I would be coming by. When I get there, they say that they can’t transfer that particular prescription because of the kind of prescription that it is. Great. I moved my whole day around to be able to pick the prescription at the agreed upon time only for my time to be wasted. If the pharmacist on the phone made a mistake and realized they could not fill the prescription, they could have called. The pharmacist at the location would not give me the name of the person that whom I spoke to and asked me to call member service. For
