Website states pharmacy is open on Saturdays from 9-7 and that is not so. Became a big problem for me when I thought o could pick up meds Saturday and it’s actually closed.
Always helpful, always nice! They work hard and are so busy and they always take time for you.
The staff and nurses are friendly and attentive. They are happy to answer questions at the lab and pharmacy.
Beyond upset. Update your hours. You guys are not open till 9pm. You guys close at 7pm. I had made plans based on my schedule and your guys posted closing time to pick up my very important seizure medication because I am all out. Now because you guys didn’t update your time, I no longer have access to my pills till Monday which is very concerning for me.
I love this pharmacy. I'm in and out so quickly. I have gone to many of the Kaiser pharmacies and they just aren't as efficient as Thousand Oaks. Thank you so much for being so helpful
