I recently visited Kaiser’s Southwest Pharmacy and witnessed an interaction that was concerning. The woman ahead of me appeared confused about her prescription and was asking several questions, which is understandable in a healthcare setting. After assisting her, the pharmacist behind the counter made an inappropriate and disrespectful comment as she walked away, stating, “What does she have, like two brain cells?” This comment was made as I approached the counter. The pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful to me when I called about a medication issue. I am so frustrated with the lack of coordination and help that I’ve received from Kaiser recently. I get told one thing from one person and another thing from another person. The pharmacist just laughed at me and said “I know what I’m doing”. Such poor customer service.

Acted like I was interrupting her. Very curt. Rude actually. Love Kaiser, really didn't appreciate this wo.an.

Waited 30 minutes for a prescription ordered a week previous. Then they told me it was ready and wanted me to wait more. 45 minutes wasted here before I finally walked out. RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME!!

I agree with these reviews...WORST pharmacy ever. The gal who answers the phone (after the phone rings for 20 minutes) is so snotty and rude. Youre lucky if they even have your meds to refill a prescription that gets fille EVERY month. The pharmacist who is friendly says to call a few days ahead to see if they have your meds so they can order if they dont then they dont order or forget to order. PEOPLE NEED THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS! And seemingly these reviews dont do any good because this pharmacy has not changed one bit!
