It's whereI have to go now for my scripts(Kaiser insurance)I don't like it as much as the super friendly and nice old place In Pueblo. But it is big open and has almost anything you may need. I also had my 1st mammogram done there and it was as good of an experience as one could hope for!

The person on the phone talks over you. It takes 1/2hr to finally get that same person to understand your situation because she loves to hear herself talk. This experience has been, just a mess. I-myself am going with a different plan. There are many very expensive ones like the gold plan with way better service, and benefits. Drove 25min out of way because my app wasn't working. They filled the wrong prescription. I'm 45 and have never had this happen before. I haven't had the prescription they are supposed to fill for 3mos. Now I'm stuck waiting the weekend and probably still won't be filled by Monday. KP is making you use their own pharmacy to save themselves money. Which makes it tough because there is on 3 in Colorado Springs. Smh

I've had the same issue with this pharmacy as everybody else has been writing about. My doctor sent in a prescription to them over a week ago. I hadn't gotten any messages that it had been filled so I tried calling them. I spent 45 minutes "on hold". I guarantee there was no one answering phones. Total waste of time. I am definitely switching to a different pharmacy!

If you call and want to speak to a human, forget it. Once you convince the AI voice mail that you really do have a question that only an actual person can answer, you get put on hold with this awful, bland music for a full 10 minutes before it gives you the option to press 1 to leave a message for a callback. Leaving a message is pointless- it's been 4 days and I have yet to get the call I requested. Absolutely worthless.

Spent 2 hours on hold. Left a voicemail. Just trying to get an Rx on a Saturday. Can’t get anyone. Then Monday I call my normal Kaiser Pharmacy (Briargate). They say they can’t fill the Rx because it’s being held in a queue at Premier. I’ve tried calling 5 times today and can’t reach anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. These guys make Walgreens look good which is saying something. Kaiser Pharmacy Briargate has excellent customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.
