Do not go to this pharmacy as it DOES NOT serve its members well. It is a very small and crowded pharmacy. The staff at the counter deserve better as they must go to multiple containers to find a member's prescription. This creates time and it slows down the response time considerably. The Pharmacy Manager DOES NOT want to listen to any criticism or suggestions. Members please be careful when talking because one can hear the voices of the entire staff talking out loud about your prescriptions, formulary, and insurance. There are HIPPA Laws that protect your privacy.

Kaiser is always the best. Staff here is amazing and very helpful. Doctors are very knowledgeable and informed. Wait time is never bad they always take us in right on time.

This pharmacy is wonderful. The Pharmacists are very helpful and compassionate, and Ellen at the counter is OUTSTANDING!

Completely unprofessional operation. By far the worst Kaiser location I’ve been too so far in Riverside County. Front he Pharmacist having personal conversations for excessively long periods of time to them giving preferential treatment to their fellow Kaiser employees. I checked in and was told my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I wait patiently until I’m there an hour and my name is on the board to be called for 30 minutes. As I sit I begin to see people who came well after receiving their prescriptions before then what topped it all off was a Kaiser nurse came in about an hour after I had been waiting and received hers before mine her name even didn’t pop up on screen till well after mine.
