I was Called and told by a pharmacy rep that if I didn’t pick up my rx today on short notice that they wouldn’t provide my medication because the workers want to strike. They obviously don’t care about their members if they are willing to deny care and withhold medication because they want more money: was also told that not only would they not provide my medication but the rx would be canceled and I would have to wait for another approval from a doctor this delaying getting my medication even longer. Sounds like Kaiser staff trying to strong arm members into supporting their cause by threatening to withhold things like medication, if you all strike do I get a portion of my premiums back? So rearranged my day and went down there to get it under threat of not being able to get it. Very poor

After waiting in line to pickup prescription, had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get the medication mixed.

Yes it can take them time to fill a prescription but overall they are doing their best. It’s a small pharmacy that around Christmas time is packed with people picking up prescriptions before their vacations and trips. Sweet pharmacists that just wanna do their job an help you get it taken care of. Been coming 3 years now or more and yes it can take time, but they always get it right and the service is easy to navigate. Overall I think the bad reviews prior are from people who haven’t worked on their sense of patience and understanding.

Worst pharmacy ever! Prescriptions are never ready on time and you can't ever get anyone on the phone! Worst Pharmacy ever!!!!! Go to Garden Grove instead!
