The pharmacy was great. I was in and out with the meds in less than two minutes. Plenty of parking. The only hitch was the signage as I missed the place completely on the first pass.

I followed my diabetes Kaiser pharmacist's instructions to shoot insulin twice a day instead once a day, same amount, as the insulin is not lasting as long as it is supposed to. Naturally, I am using twice as many needles since one month. I tried to refill the prescription one week prior to running out of needles and all I got was that my prescription is on hold as it is too early. Now what?? Using the needles more than once??? Really? Noone ever picks up the phone or is available to bring up the problem. I messaged the pharmacist and hope she is available to read it before I run out. Why does the right hand at Kaiser never know what the left hand does? Really bad communication issues. My prescription should have been updated without me having to run around to get help.

Plan to go during slower times of day because the lines can get crazy. They also run out of prescription meds and are not open on weekends so try to place your orders in advance in case of delays or you might go the entire weekend without your meds. Delivery takes multiple days, so if you go that route you also need to plan in advance. The facility is serving Gilroy, Morgan hill, and Hollister with a building that was made to serve just gilroy. The staff are actually helpful and pleasant when you are finally done waiting. 1 star for the amount of planning around them you have to do 5 stars for the staff.

I am not living on medications. So when I need meds I am not allowed to get sick on weekends because your pharmacy is closed. The price we pay for this stuff you SHOULD BE OPEN ON WEEKENDS. Poor business move.....I will pay more and have mine filled at the local CVS. Until these people wake up.
