I've been waiting on line for 20 minutes for the compounding pharmacy number as they no longer put it on the prescriptions. Update ...waited for 30 minutes only to THEN have to leave a message. Shame Kaiser doesn't believe in customer service anymore

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 2 years, and have had countless negative experiences with multiple different employees. These experiences usually arise when I have an issue with a prescription due to either an error caused by the Kaiser app, or a simple miscommunication between my doctor and I. No time have I ever blamed the pharmacy, but the employees still tend get very defensive & speak to you with little to no respect. I think of myself as someone with thick skin, but was even brought to tears one day in the pharmacy due to being accused of hoarding pills & trying to get more when actually my doctor had sent the prescription to an incorrect pharmacy. I always pray that my refill order is 100% correct, because I dread having to bring any issue to the attention of these emplo

Skyline is so much nicer and seems to actually get your medication requests online. It also doesn't take them to refill a medication longer than 10 minutes
