I go here occasionally to pick up prescriptions when Loveland is out of stock on my medication. Well today (10/01/2025 at 4pm) I had a not so pleasant interaction with the pharmacy tech and I think I’m gonna plan my medications ahead to go anywhere else but there for a while. I had a prescription ready at Loveland because I live in Loveland but I had a doctors appointment last minute scheduled at the Fort Collins location. The doctor prescribed me something and sent it to their own pharmacy in FortCollins . I went up to the pharmacy tech right away before they started the filling process and said to her that I have a prescription ready at the Loveland location can I just have what the doctor ordered sent there because I have to be there anyways for other things. She said “it’s actually ord

This is a HORRIBLE pharmacy. Staff does not know customer service. Impossible to get anything done on time or have them explain the inane system. One of them even hung up on me. Fire them all.

I have been using this Kaiser Permanente pharmacy for 5 years and have always had good to great service. There are a few things I have learned in using this pharmacy. First, I have the text message alert on my phone activated so that when a prescription is ready I get a notification. Second, I try to go when I know they aren't swamped. Usually mid morning and mid afternoon. Finally, I have found that a bit of patience and kindness go a long way. I find the pharmacy techs and the pharmacists are friendly and professional and are willing to spend the time explaining the meds I am picking up. Again, preparation, kindness and patience will get you amazing service. Hope this helps.

I have literally never had as positive of an experience at other pharmacies as I do at Kaiser. The representatives there are kind, professional, helpful, and well-informed. They always have my scripts when my doc calls them in-- all the other pharmacies in town that ive been to (cvs/walgreens) would constantly lose my scripts and my doc had to call them twice-- what a mess. Their waiting room is calm I have never stood in a line of more than 2-3 people, tops.

I have never waited more than 10 minutes..they are friendly and quick. I’ve been going to Kaiser for at least 6 years. I get a notice as to when my RX is ready, so I’m not waiting on the doctor to send it. It’s been great for our family. Thanks Kaiser
