Lab works and Radiology staffs are nice and friendly. Pharmacy is always busy with long lines, getting Rx takes approximately 20-30 minutes from checking in - waiting for your name to be called - getting your Rx.

*Experience at Kaiser Pharmacy Promenade Elk Grove (8/16/24)** I arrived at the Kaiser Pharmacy Promenade Elk Grove branch at around 8:30 AM on 8/16/24, right at opening time. I had ordered my medication online the day before, hoping for a quick pickup. However, when I checked in, I was told that my medication wasn't ready yet and that I needed to wait for my name to appear on the TV screen. Once my name appeared, I went to the counter where there was no one ahead of me. When I checked in with my card, the staff member at the counter, named Gigi, informed me that she would not serve me and insisted that I go back and wait in a long line. SUPER SLOW!!! No sense of time. No one was in the line and quoting everyone 20 minutes . Seems like it’s their standard time but more like 40 minute wait time . Big horn more efficient!!! I was looking at the workers at the promenade and just talking to each other and just look so slow. You look at the workers at Big Horn everyone working multi tasking

Can never get anyone on the phone. Goes straight to a voicemail box that is full then hangs up.

They do not pick up the phone, nor do they give the option to leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional. The line and wait is also very long. I hate coming here.
