Everyone I saw here was friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is quick and efficient. PA & nurse were friendly and caring. The lab technician talked to me while I was having blood drawn and helped distract me from feeling faint. Kaiser is amazing for getting everything done in one place. I also liked seeing the celebration going on in the vaccination clinic. Thank you to all of the healthcare workers and staff getting us through the pandemic and taking care of our community. ❤️

3 stars just cause the lady in X-rays was not friendly nor caring with my child.. I know shes Alone and has other patients but as soon as she saw that my son wasn't going to stay still for the x-ray. She told me that she couldn't be waiting 30 min for him to stay still because she had other patients that we just need to come back or walk around to see if he could stay still after she just look frustrated. And plus she didn't even gave me or my husband any protection vests for the radiation.

Slowest, most inept group of individuals I have had to deal with in 54 years of being a Kaiser member

I was out if there in 10 minutes.
