Easy to refill my perscriptions. Fast delivery. They provide everything you need. Arrives cold with ice packs and great packaging. I’ve used this pharmacy for about 6 months now. Happy to continue having them fill my compound perscriptions.

Called in to ask about my prescription however Sasha continued to tell me she didn’t know the answers. I then asked to speak with someone on the phone such as a pharmacist who could answer my questions but was told they were in a meeting however then she told me she spoke to the pharmacist, are they in a meeting or are you actually speaking with one?? I asked if the pharmacist could call me back and she said she would see if they had Time! Poor customer service and then went on to blame her attitude on me when I was pleasant the entire call. I am a customer and would like to be treated with respect as I was respectful throughout the phone call when Sasha was clearly aggravated that she even had to assist me and answer my questions that remember she didn’t have any answers to.

So incredibly disappointed in the service I just received AFTER being told by an employee that they were COMPLETELY responsible for ordering the wrong medication!!! My doctors office faxed over the correct medication, Pharmacy Innovations ordered a completely different medication: different name, different dosage, different price. The physical discomfort the patient (myself) would have experienced from being surreptitiously changed to a new medication if I had not double checked the "professionals" would have been terrible. I now know that I cannot trust Pharmacy Innovations to do the simple task of transcribing the medication my doctor ordered with accuracy, and I would caution anyone else using this service to double check and not trust that the "professionals" tasked with placing the me

Couldn't be happier with this pharmacy. It was such an easy process. I was a little concerned when I read the review from the person who said they were trying to give her the wrong medicine via the text. I read the text she posted and I also received a text that they got a new prescription for my meds. I think she could have responded to the text and had the whole thing figured out. I responded to my text and got my prescription within 48 hours! Prices are fantastic! So pleased.

Freddy did a great job repackaging my order. These guys have great customer service.
