Pharmacy in the Square

I’ve been trying to fill a new script for weeks. Chasing my tail. Me: “do you have…” Pharmacist “No we don’t have anyone on it”. Me (frustrated) “That’s because you don’t have it” pharmacist had something way more important in the side room, she couldn’t give me the time of day” I’d prefer to pick up medicine when shopping. I don’t like big box stores. Apparently they don’t need or want business, not at all friendly or approachable.

Shame on you for treating dying people horrible over $3... disgusting! If I could give a zero I would. My father is in HOSPICE and has Brain Cancer. His cognitive ability is declining. The pharmacy called and let me instead of him to let him know of a $2.78 copay. I informed my dad and with his condition it must have slipped his mind. The next day I get a NASTY collections call from the OWNER Chris. I asked if she was aware my father was a hospice patient and she said yes. I called back with a card to take care of the $2.78 charge and talk to the owner regarding her nasty character and demeanor towards hospice patients. Pharmacy in the Square is as good as it gets! I am so happy I made the switch. Knowledgeable, friendly, passionate staff. They made it so easy on me and is so convenient as it's located right inside of the Market in the Square. Plus, that free delivery service is great! Highly recommend to anyone/everyone who desires a personalized pharmacy that will get them the exact care & attention they need!

Best pharmacy!!! The way they all should be. They will let you know if a new prescription might interact with the other medications you take and they will call the doctor if you want them to fix the issue.if doctors prescribed something that is very expensive they will call you before filling and then contact dr to see if they will prescribe a similar less expensive medication .They take their role in people’s health seriously,you’re not just a number here!!

I live in Cheektowaga and have 3 drug stores about two minutes away but I come here to have my scripts filled. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, scripts are always ready on time, during quarantine they were delivered with no problems. Accepts discount cards. Couldn't get any better.
