How prescriptions are managed and processed here appear to change daily resulting in a 30 - 40 minute wait. For example, yesterday a prescription was called in by my dentist and it appeared in my account and I submitted the order. Today two prescriptions were sent by the same dentist and two hours later they still weren't available on my account. I was then told I had to come check-in which I did then had to wait 30 plus minutes. There was no reasonable explanation for why it didn't appear on my account as it did yesterday and no quicker solution or expression of empathy when I shared that I was in pain because the numbing agent etc administered during treatment had worn off. I rated this a two instead of a one because my consultation with the pharmacist Diane was a great experience. She

One of the pharmacist had a condescending tone towards me. While picking up my prescription. He asked about my prescription routine and I answered him. He was very unpleased and quick to “correct” me and demanded me to talk to my doctor about my prescription ASAP; saying I’m doing it wrong. Which I know health care professionals know best but he could have been nicer and much more empathetic. I did follow what he asked.

Cassie Customer service representative was very rude. I have never experienced this rudeness here before. All other representative s have always been very kind, helpful and courteous. I heard Cassie putting words in my mouth telling a Pharmacist that I was upset and mad. I was never mad or upset I was just trying to explain in a calm voice what was happening with my heart medication. Luckily the Pharmacist that helped me out was able to assist me and get me a weeks worth of my medication. Love this pharmacy just not the bad customer service and attitude. I appreciate all that everyone does. Thank you

Everytime you go to this pharmacy there is a wait of 30 minutes or more when you get a text stating your medication is ready .Also I receive a 7 day refill and they the pharmacist gives me a hard time every time I get there but it seems that the have no compassion about there patients especially when they are chronic pain went to the er on Sunday they gave me very little medication and now they won't t release my medication til tomorrow why don't someone are have a paper stating that the meds you get from the the er effects your refill. Who ever supervisors the pharmacy needs to stay there and watch how it works your pharmacist are rude as hell so that's what the are getting back.

Went to pharmacy. Counter person was a little rude like she was annoyed we had questions. I like the way they have other stuff for puchase on shelves around the seating area so you can pick up stuff you need while waiting and pay when you get your meds. Convenient.
