The service during this visit was noticeably better than it has been over the past couple of months, and whatever changed, it was definitely for the better. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and welcoming. There was no wait time at all; I was in and out in under six minutes. A major improvement, and I hope they continue the great work.

Very RUDE. One person ESPECIALLY. I requested my refills online like I always have. I never received a message that they were ready. After 6 days I decided to call. They weren't ready and by now I had 1 day left of medicine. I was told they were very behind and that she would pull them and get them ready. Which she did, she was very helpful and I was grateful. The problem came when I got there. I won't go into detail but some people ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. Im a RN, I understand that things happen out of their control but to just be plain RUDE to a customer. No not acceptable. Completely unacceptable. If you can not handle dealing with people and are just trying to be flat out rude, find another career. If you work with people on a daily basis you shouldn't have an attit

Good for the prices but the wait time is unbelievable. Once I had to wait 3-4 work days before my prescription was ready. I don't know what happened to the other people that was working there but they need to try to get them back. Thank God it wasn't a matter of life or death..I feel they should at least have more than a pharmacy I the Hattiesburg area. It would be nice to have a in town.

Nice building, easy drive thru and very good customer service!

Be aware! There are a few people at this location that are NOT equipped to deal with the public. Big time attitudes going on here. And if you are used to walking in with a prescription, and waiting while it gets filled (like many do) Do Not Expect That Here!! Not to mention the prices were higher than our previous pharmacy.
