The person who answered my call sounded like he was half asleep. Instead of being straightforward, and telling me that he doesn’t have the answer to my question, I was told to “hold on” while “looking into it” and then hung up on me immediately.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided by this pharmacy. On multiple occasions, my son’s essential asthma and allergy medications were either delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all with *no* notification that the delivery wouldn't be arriving. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive, life-sustaining medications. What’s worse, the drivers routinely leave medications outside unattended, without requiring a signature, and show no concern for whether the correct recipient receives them. When medications were lost, the pharmacy refused to replace them, showing a complete lack of accountability and disregard for patient safety. My family has been using this location for as long as we have lived down the street, about 36 years. We can always count that they'll have our Rx ready and refilled on time. Also, when I dont feel like running into Target for my over the counter meds; they have a few selections to choose from. They stay in touch with our doctors and make any request when necessary. Our pharmacist has gone the extra mile to get my parents discount coupons to help them save money. I'm glad some things in this neighborhood haven't changed, and they are always ready to fill my Rx with a smile!😊 The Corriolant & Sall family.

I am very happy to say that this is the best Pharmacy in this area for excellent service. Pharmacist Janardhan, employees, Suresh, Rene’ and the rest of the crew are awesome. They know you and your family by name, meets all your needs and goes out of their way to help you. Our family has been a patient here close to 30 years and never ever experienced any issues. WOW! Excellent service by the pharmacist at Pharmaceutical Consultants. Not only was he able to order a special medication for me, to be available later the same day, but also assisted me in obtaining a coupon. After the coupon was applied, with his help, he was able to get the price down to almost nothing!! They are a fantastic, family-owned pharmacy that has been servicing the local community for many years. They’re patient, friendly, and have medications ready promptly. I can’t recommend them enough!
