As a supplier (WINZER Corporation), our experience was very disappointing. We fulfilled orders based on an approved purchase order and delivered in good faith under the agreed terms. Despite repeated follow-ups over six months with the purchasing department and company leadership, payment was never honored. As a result, we were forced to cover more than $5,000 with our own provider. Clear communication and adherence to purchase orders are essential in business relationships, and unfortunately that did not happen here. Other vendors should proceed with caution and carefully review payment protections before extending credit. For transparency, I am attaching documentation showing the one of the approved PO, issued invoice, and written payment requests.

Zenotex - BLOOD, instead of the pills for curing Tinnitus, and they charged $319.65, when the Tinnitus deal was advertised @ $23.00 - video where I spent 18 minutes listening and then they rip me off. I am going to report them to the BBB, Police, and whoever else I want.
