Pharm-A-Save Granite Falls

I have always preferred shopping local, because the service is typically better and it just seems to be good for the community. Thanks for being all this and more, don’t recall ever having a problem in the almost 20 years we’ve lived here.

Went to pick a prescription I wouldn't recommend Pharm -A-Save in Town staff there is very rude not only rude to me but somebody else pulled up to the window to pick up their prescription and was rude to that person as well who's ever over the staff that works their need to have a staff meeting and talk to the staff about being rude it's not the first time that I went up there and the staff has been rude to me

I've been turned away for a written prescription before.... I had a prescription sent to them since Rite Aid closed. I told them I had a coupon from the manufacturer. They ran it as my primary and said that "your insurance doesn't work with this coupon." I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy so it would work. Of course I got news that it it could be a few days before that pharmacy would receiving it. I called the manufacturer, they checked on my coupon and said it was valid. They looked up how pharmasave ran it and said that they ran only the coupon, no insurance. Since I know pharmasave has already ordered the prescription I called them back and asked if they have it and if they are capable of running the coupon AFTER running my insurance. Super rude people. They send you passive-aggressive texts when you don't pick your prescription up right away. Rude in person when you don't know exactly what to do. I'll be taking my business to Walgreens. I'd rather drive 20 minutes than give you people any more of my money. Get out of here.

Well I just had my first interactions with pharmasave in granite falls and it was definitely not as I expected it to be. The person I spoke to from the pharmacy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made me feel like I was a huge burden by trying to transfer my prescription. Sorry it's not my fault route aud closed and I have to transfer my medications. I dont know if I will continue filling my prescriptions there or not
