Excellent experience from start to finish. The orthodontist is knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain every step of treatment. The assistant staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. They always made appointments run smoothly and created a welcoming, comfortable environment. It’s clear the entire team truly cares about their patients and the quality of their work. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care.

Phamily is the only place I’ll take my kids to for orthodontics care! Drs. Parnes and Rubin have created an unbelievably welcoming, warm, streamlined, and stress-free environment that my daughter genuinely enjoyed returning to for her visits. A stylish and modern, clean office doesn’t hurt either! From initial consultation to the maintenance phase post-braces, all of our questions were answered with care and attention by her doctors, communication was superb, and office staff were friendly and skillful. I’m amazed how beautiful my daughter’s teeth look compared to the start of the process, and I can tell she’s more confident with her smile. Phamily Orthodontics truly lives up to their name making our family feel so comfortable during a process that can often be expensive and not always fun. That’s never the case here at either location. Appointments are easy to schedule, flexible payment plans are available, and the entire team creates such a welcoming environment. Most importantly, my child has never once complained about going to see Dr. Parnes or Dr. Rubin. They know my children personally and ask engaging, thoughtful questions each visit. Five stars all around!

Yes, I said 5 stars but really is 10+ stars. From the first time I walked into the office the doctors and staff were outstanding, seriously outstanding! They knew I was getting Invisalign because of an upcoming wedding! They were helpful, kind and just all around amazing. If I had children that needed braces, I would definitely recommend Phamily Orthodontics! They treat you like Phamily! 🦷😁🥰
