As mentioned by several previous reviewers, despite Dr. Branch himself being fantastic, this is the most disorganized and poorly run dental office I have ever been to in my life. I have consistently waited 2+ hours after my scheduled appointment time. Today I showed up at my appointment time and stood outside the closed/locked office for 20 minutes before a staff member showed up and said "Didn't you get a message? All appointments today are cancelled" (I had received no phone or email message of any kind). There are no dental hygienists and Dr. Branch (the dentist) does all his own cleanings. This would be lovely, except that there are a huge number of patients scheduled at any given time, so this means insanely long wait times. Sadly, I would not recommend anyone who values their time go

Edit: if you have a negative experience with this dental office, raise it to the dentist and he will be proactive in addressing it. I shared the below review directly with him and he reached out to me to work out an amicable resolution and I have opted to return to him as a dentist. Original post: Front desk attendant is one of tbe rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. I purposefully book early morning appointments to avoid a long wait. Day before my appointment they called me asking to schedule later in the day. Day of they had me wait over 2 hours with no explanation. Just kept lying saying it would be 45 minutes. Dr. Branch himself is fine. The admin however? Awful.

I’m normally not one to leave reviews- but I felt it was necessary after my initial consult, and fittings for my Clear Correct aligners. Dr. Branch and his team were very pleasant and attentive in finding me a remedy for my pretty bad overbite which has haunted me since I was a kid (33 yr. now). Dr. Branch took the time to walk me through the process and explain to me what I could expect throughout my journey to a perfect smile. Two months in, and I can say he was right. My overbite has significantly changed in just this short period of time and I am extremely happy with my choice to go to Petworth dental. I was impressed with the Doctor, and his team’s Professionalism, and the cleanliness of the office, as well as how I was treated while there. I now have a dentist I can trust, and refer

The most unprofessional office I have ever been to! Front desk disorganized no one knows anything. Records lost! Hours of wait zero follow up. When you are finally seen staff is friendly enough but dentist does not anything about you or why your there even with appointment and been given information prior. Went twice after being referred to a specialist. Lost record from specialist and had to wait for them to get it again. ... which never happened. Switched offices and they still can't find all my records. Absolutely awful.

I was referred to Petworth Dental by a co worker years ago and I was concerned because I was a new patient However everyone was friendly along with Dr. Maury. He was very detailed within conversation explaining procedures in terms I could understand and never did I feel pressured to get something done I didn't want. My biggest concern was would I be able to go to work without extreme pain and discomfort and I can honestly say during my procedure's I was able to work my nigh shift of work without discomfort along with following Dr. Maury's instructions. I can't speak for everyone but pain is no fun and I'm not just going to any dentist because none are identical so if you can find one that's not causing a heavy amount of discomfort when you visit you have won because TRUST ME SOME ARE NOT S
