We had the best experience. Our little dog Billy was throwing up and had diarrhea. They treated him and us with such kindness and compassion. They kept us posted each step of the way with treatment and prices and made us feel at ease. We know our little Billy can be a real pain in the rear end and they acted like he was an angel. We are grateful beyond measure and Billy is doing fantastic today.

The staff here is wonderful and their hours work wonderfully with my schedule. It's nice to be able to get the care my dog needs with a staff that is friendly and that cares. I couldn't ask for more

I am not one to leave bad reviews, I prefer to leave good reviews because everyone is so quick to leave bad ones. However, our dog had broken one of his nails and our vet was booked for the day so they recommended us here, so my fiancé called and got an appointment made. He also asked for an estimate and they said a couple hundred IF our dog needed to be sedated, and $120 to be seen. Upon arriving, he learned he was going to the emergency room side of the office because the regular office was closed (why are we making appointments for an emergency room??) The vet then wanted to stack a bunch of pricing onto it, and told us the price would be at least $2,000. We paid the $120 exam fee, for literally nothing, and left. Do not waste your time unless you’re ready to pay way more than need be

I hate posting this, but this is a joke of an animal clinic. They asked if we had applied for the credit lines they were pushing more times than they told us anything about the status of our cat. After several attempts at getting reasonably clear answers to why things were billed the way they were, we walked out with pockets $750 lighter and exactly zero answers for our cat. These people don't care one bit about your animal, they want your money or for you to apply for Care Credit or Cherry. They must be getting kickbacks for every application, because there is absolutely no other reason they would be pushing those so hard. Unbelievably callous "service" that felt like negotiating a used car deal, not dealing with a medical emergency. Go literally anywhere else. These people are awful.

The clinic is very clean, and professional. The doctor was very thorough about explaining things, and they were very honest about what to expect with our upcoming procedure. They ALWAYS give you price estimates before anything you schedule, so you know the ballpark of what you'll be paying. This is my go to place for all three of my animals now. Great people!
