Peterson ER was absolutely amazing! They took such great care of my 2 year old and had us in and out in a timely manner. The care was exceptional. We were offered care items multiple times, we were updated often on what the plan was and what we were waiting for. By far the best experience I have ever had in any ER. Thank you Peterson Health ER and all the other staff, including RNs, techs, PA, Radiology techs, registration staff, even the security guard offered to help me carry the diaper bag for me. You don’t understand how much I appreciate all of the wonderful heartfelt care.

I was scared and in an enormous amount of pain when I went in to the ER yesterday! the triage nurse who greeted me made me feel safe and comfortable. The nurses and doctors that treated me in the back were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. The radiology staff was so kind and gentle! I had to be there pretty much all day but that wasn’t their fault! Just how it goes sometimes! I want to give a shout out and a big thanks for how I was treated there!! Gina and Michelle made my visit to the ER comfortable and they were both so helpful! Thank you Sid Peterson!!!

Excellent Care! Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr. Mendoza and Nurse Robert were upbeat and awesome. Everything was spotlessly clean and everyone I met was just great. Everything was explained to me and I got very thorough discharge information. I am so blessed to have such a facility close by in Kerrville where I can get some help if I need it. I am honored to share my experience with the fine staff who tenderly cared for me. They knew exactly what I needed & they went to work immediately to attend to my medical needs. I was very very ill when I called 911. Every time I would stand up I would wake up on the ground. My blood pressure had dropped and I had to double kidney infection as well. That led to sepsis I could have died. They put me in the ICU and nursed me back to health and it was difficult after 3 weeks in the hospital to have any stamina and I was still in pain. Everything else works itself out but no I have something called colitis and it is really painful so I have to be on a special diet and I have a lot of people praying for my recovery. I love my children I love my parents and I love my man Timmy. So I was out of the hospital for 2 weeks and it got so bad I couldn't even stand up straight.
