Peterson Mark a DMD.PA

I saw Dr. Peterson today on an emergency basis and was very impressed and completely satisfied with the treatment I received. His staff is pleasant and qualified. I will definitely be returning for all dental work in the future.

I went to a dentist a couple of years pain. They proceeded to pull all but 9 teeth. I was in TERRIBLE pain with every tooth pulled. I went to Dr, Peterson today. He pulled the remaining 4 teeth on the bottom jaw. I never felt a thing! I highly recommend Dr. Peterson!!!!

I called them and told them I had a loose crown. They called back a few hours later and told me to come in. THEN ….. Didn’t bother to tell me that they were billing me for an “Emergency “ visit with a code that didn’t make sense. (Palliative something ). He looked at my tooth for approximately 30 seconds and said I need to go to a specialist to see if the tooth was fractured. His recommended specialist was not in my plan. I got an appointment with my old dentist 5 days later so there was no real emergency… I was told the approximate cost before they proceeded with anything. They took X-rays because Dr Peterson’s office never forwarded my X-rays even though I called and asked them to do so. My dentist found no fracture removed and cleaned the crown and put the crown back on. This

Doctor Peterson, along with his wonderful staff, took great care of my needs and more. I needed my last wisdom tooth removed that was impacted and cracked causing me severe pain to my nerve. I stopped in and right away I was able to make an appointment as a new patient without a question. The procedure took less than an hour and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I also was extremely grateful I could afford his services without insurance. I now have a new dentist that isn't going to break my bank and leave me with a toothache!

I've lived in multiple states and so have had the experience of dealing with a variety of dentists. There are the the indifferent dentists, the sloppy poor dentists, the nasty dentists, and the absolute worst are the 'pocket miner' dentists who look for any excuse to perform unnecessary procedures to line their own coffers. HOWEVER, after searching through and phone all the dentists in the area I found that dealing with Dr. Peterson's staff on the phone was a very positive experience. Enough so that it was worth 'daring' to book an appointment for a cleaning. I was not disappointed. Everyone was upbeat, courteous and prompt. Dr. Peterson was caring and after looking at my dental situation didn't try to push unnecessary procedures, knowing full well that they weren't warranted. Total
