Peterson Ambulatory Care Center

This is the second time in as many weeks that Peterson Health has dropped the ball. In June or July, my doctor sent orders for a yearly routine procedure. The Women’s Center or scheduling staff did not contact me to make an appointment until early January. By then, the earliest appointment was to be tomorrow February 13. However, I received a phone call today on February 12, to reschedule my mammogram that I should’ve had done months ago. While the scheduling lady was very patient and understanding of my frustration, she’s not able to get me in until May 1.

So today I had to do a 3 hour glucose test and afterwards I had to get blood work. The assistant I had her name was Angie and she was really rude , standoffish, and she kept giving me dirty looks. She was even giving my brother and my mom dirty looks. Angie waited to my first hour of blood work. I had to take medication that required me to take a meal and I couldn't eat because Angie was taking to long. Angie is mean ! I'm not getting blood work at peterson ambulatory anymore

Everyone at this facility is so kind & caring. I would definitely recommend this place. I usually don't do well with machines but let me tell you...you'll walk in anxiety ridden, knees wobbling, hands shaking, lump forming in your throat BUT the radiologist, techs, nurses and even the receptionists tones, demeanor and attitude put you at ease! Trust me 😉 It's not just this facility. I have had nothing but exceptional care when I've visited any Peterson facility from my primary doctor to the hospital. They are all so nice! It's very heart warming to know these folks care 💕 thank you Peterson!

Very rude staff. Their behavior was unprofessional and made the entire experience unpleasant. They were dismissive and unhelpful, which significantly distracted from the overall service. This lack of courtesy and respect is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

I LOVE SP's radiology department. What I do NOT love is the imaging company that reads and provides their imaging reports. Synergy Radiology Associates has the worst billing practices and people need to be aware of this. They have a terrible rating online and have been reported numerous times to BBB and others. I recently started receiving a brief text message saying to pay this bill at a certain link. No date, no detail on what service was provided. The link to pay on the text message is broken and I cannot access my account because I haven't been billed by them before. Phone number on their website is disconnected. Website messages say "error, your message can't be sent." They do not send a printed statement - I have received nothing in the mail. Sid Peterson finally provided me with a d
