Peterson AFB Satellite Pharmacy (in BX)

The girl I just spoke to on the phone was very rude. I tried to explain to her my situation and she cut me off. I proceeded with the phone call and bit my tongue. At the end of the call I was at the point my question wasn’t even expressed to this lady still. She hung up and ended up calling back since I didn’t get to tell her my concerns she ended up calling about the concerns I had originally was calling about. When I spoke to this lady again it was the same AGAIN! I ever apologized for burdening them but my portal wasn’t working and I was trying my best to figure things out. She offered me a website and said yes please give me the information and she got an attitude. This is extremely frustrating! I felt defeated and this lady did not help what so ever.

00000 Zero stars. I have lived all over the world and have used military pharmacies for nearly 40 years. This location needs new leadership and updated processes. The line is consistently too long. I appreciate the idea behind the ScriptCenter, but the execution is terrible. I have several prescriptions that have shown as “in process” for nearly a year, and one that the system says was filled but was never delivered. Go anywhere else if you can. Contact your Congressional representative. Our service members and veterans deserve much better than this.

Why is each new initiative the government attempts to implement a complete failure? I have clicked on the QR code to activate a new prescription and it comes with zero surprise that it is not working. I can select the refill option because it is a new prescription, and you are no longer accepting activation requests via the drop box. Completely UNSAT!

I must say that I’am shocked at the turn around of the wait times at this satellite pharmacy. It must be that they now have airman at the windows instead of civilians. I honestly believed months ago that the civilians at the windows spent too much time doing whatever instead of taking care of the customer. Today and the past two times I have been to this pharmacy, I spent less then 15 minutes picking up my prescriptions. Thanks to the female 2LT who was very friendly, detailed and was what seemed like every minute calling another ticket… kudos!

I can’t say enough great things about Peterson Space Force Pharmacy, especially Teresa, who went above and beyond to ensure my prescription was filled on time. She took the initiative to contact my doctors and made sure everything was in order so I wouldn’t miss a dose of my medication. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for patients truly set her apart. The entire team at the pharmacy is always efficient and courteous, but Teresa’s exceptional service made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you for your outstanding commitment to patient care!
