Peter H. Lu, MD, FACE - North Atlanta Endocrinology & Diabetes

Completely incompetent staff! I've been going around and around with his staff on simply getting a prior authorization for a medication that is proven to work with me. When the staff does call me back they tell that the prior authorization was approved and sent to the pharmacy back in March. When I ask them to resend it they refuse! The Pharmacy has no record of anything in March...But they have a refusal letter dated August 14! I've been having nothing but problems with this doctor, this office, and this staff! First they tell me that my medication that was proven to work the last several years is no longer covered by my insurance...I ask them to put in an appeal as all the different and more expensive medications they've had me try I am ALLERGIC/Have SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS To! I suff

Dr. Lu is quiet but very nice and answered my questions easily. He performed a biopsy that didnt really hurt at all which I appreciated as a first time biopsy patient with high anxiety around procedures. Everyone here was so kind from the reception to the ultrasound tech,assistants and more.

Dr Lu is a good doctor; however the waiting to see him is not good especially when you have an appointment.

The doctor Peter Lu He is an Excellent Endocrinologist I will recommend to everyone How has Diabetes or any endocrine problems
