Petelin Vision

The appt was scheduled quickly, two weeks after my call. The office is quite busy but runs like a well oiled machine, with skilled assistants able to do preliminary steps in advance of my meeting with Dr. Petelin. He was thorough in evaluating what might help my issues.

Had a great experience with my first cataract surgery. Competent, attentive staff and excellent surgical outcome. Vision greatly improved in my right eye with no discomfort - not even any redness or swelling. Looking forward to having my left eye done in a few weeks.

Don't be fooled, the consultation is NOT free. The exam is free - but you must meet with the Dr (and pay $250) to discuss options and they do not share any info about the exam. The first appointment ran 1/2 hour late the second exam - same day was and hour and 17 minutes late! A total lack of regard for my time and absolutely NO appologies or comments about their lack of ability to manage appointments. Finally met with the Dr, he was so rude, I would NEVER let him perform my surgery!

Came here 3 times. Everyone here is always polite and helpful. Yvette has a smile that will make you temporarily forget about your eye problems. Would love to capture it one day! Dr. Petelin inserted a new lens after removing my cataract. So far, so good! It feels good to see clearly again! I definitely recommend him!

This was our first time for my husband and I. A friend recommended them to us and since they were conveniently located near our home, we decided to give them a try. Glad to say we were impressed. The girls at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Dr Ransdell was friendly yet professional. All in all, a very good experience.
