Petelin Vision - Chandler/Sun Lakes

I Travel to the location of my eye surgery. I waited about five minutes then waited for Dr for another five minutes. Then they checked my pressures then the doctor came and did the laser surgery. It was not painful but a little bit near the end. And a little uncomfortable during the next day and I did not get to pick up my prednisone at the pharmacy because I didn’t have it already ordered. I was supposed to start a right away and was lucky that I had a friend who had an unopened bottle. It seems pretty hard to get it in this town Phoenix Maybe should be ordered before an afternoon surgery

The staff were all knowledgeable courtius and helpfull dr shiftin is personable professional very helpful. He takes the time to make sure you understand your eye health and answers any questions you have

By far the best Vision Office I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I would recommend them 10/10 to anyone. I had LASIK with Dr. Schmitz at the Scottsdale office and they exceeded my expectations and my follow up at the Chandler office. Every encounter I had from the front desk to the back with the Dr was amazing. They all made me feel comfortable and answered my questions with ease. Thank you for taking care of your patients!!!!

Everyone I interacted with at Pelon was great! Dr. Shifrin takes his time, answers all questions & ensures you under understand everything. Joanna was especially helpful in answering questions and helping me understand my PD measurements.

Doctors and Nurses are Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional. They get you in and out for your Appointments. updated 01/13/2026 still same good service they make you feel comfortable and explain everything.
