Pet Urgent Care

I took my dog in for a suspected ACL tear. They were very quick to get her in and assess, and delivered an estimate for services. I agreed to the services. Once they had the X-ray and bloodwork back, the doctor told me all of the results in a separate room. All staff were efficient and very kind to me. They sent to records over to the surgical facility so that I can get her the surgery she needs. I have now gone to this location twice and have felt I have gotten very good service. I recommend this place if you need an urgent care for your pet.

Our 7 month old lab tried to devour a cloth christmas tree ornament. Took Ruby II in and she was taken into the exam room and she had her first taste of charcoal to induce vomiting. The tech came out right after the procedure told me everything was good, Dr. Clark came out and gave me the complete run down of the process. We have used Pet Urgent Care with a couple of our other dogs and have experienced the safe level of care and consideration

I came in close to closing because my dog was so uncomfortable after a grooming. Very kind staff, doctor was extremely communicative. I was worried that an emergency vet would cost an insane amount and overcharge me, but the pricing was fair and no unreasonable or extra treatment/medication was applied to our visit. Roxy was examined, treated, and is already feeling better!

I brought my grandpup in because she got a bee 🐝 sting and they took her right in and took care of her, they got the stinger out, gave her treatment, the Doctor and I spoke about what happened and reassured me she would be OK. I'm so very thankful to the Doctor and staff and would highly recommend them because of the care they gave her and me as I was very worried about what had happened to her. It was also very affordable. My grandpup is doing great now and is back to her happy happy self tonight!

My vet’s office was booked and I needed to get my dog seen that day. Good option besides ER. You are able to make appointments which is nice. It is more expensive then a normal vet visit but much less expensive then the ER. The ER is across the complex which is nice in case your dog needs the ER instead. Everyone here was super kind to my dog and the doctor took the time to talk to me about her condition.
