I never write reviews so the fact that I’m coming here to leave an amazing review speaks for itself. I was a mess trying to figure out care/finances for my cat dealing with a fatal urinary blockage. Eyleen provided the most personable care and walked me through applying for different care credits and foundations. She made all the difference through a super stressful day and I can’t even explain how grateful I am for that. In addition, the team here consistently called me after each doctor left their shift offering me so much comfort and peace of mind while my baby wasnt home and he was actually able to come home earlier than expected and he’s looking so much better so far❤️

Wish they had the had a zero star option. I would describe this place as slaughterhouse. They have no empathy for animals or for the owners of the animals. I think they want to put the animals down so that there isn’t any evidence that they never provided the care that your hard earned money paid for. This facility doesn’t care if your animal lives or dies all they care about is making money. I was told my cat had received subcutaneous hydration but I never saw a lump that occurs from that type of hydration. The vet tech told me my cat was so dehydrated that it was instantly absorbed. That must have been a once in a lifetime miracle, because I spoke to two other vets and they had never seen that happen. Dr. Serdy is honestly one of the best veterinarians I’ve ever met. You can tell right away that he truly cares about animals and the people who love them. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense, never rush through appointments, and always make my pet feel calm and comfortable. I completely trust the PESC team's knowledge and judgment. On top of that, they’re kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate, which made my visit feel reassuring instead of stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at this facility were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Vet Tech was thorough in her questions for the files, as well as instructions and questions for the doctor to make sure the situation was clearly defined. My dog is anxious at Veterinary appointments, they did all they could to make her less stressed. Dr. Shamir was easy to converse with, clear in her explanations and diagnosis as well as her suggestion for treatment. I appreciated the time given to us, as well as the kind response when we wanted to hold off treatment for now. I recommend this facility and will definitely return when treatment is needed.
